Winter in New England has been relatively mild and quiet this year. According to NASA and NOAA, 2015 was a global record breaker for warmth since the inception of records in 1880. Considering that weather is a regional event, certain areas may differ, but I can assure you, New England finally caught a break in the early part of this winter season.
